What is the difference between "basic" and "premium"?
Basic
With a beat purchase in the basic version, we transfer the full commercial usage rights non-exclusively to the buyer through our license agreement. We deliver the finished mix as WAV file in 32 bit/44.1 kHz (non-mastered version for recording/voicing) without sound logo (producer tag). The mastered version is supplied as WAV file in 16 bit/44.1 kHz and as mp3 file (320 kBit/s).
Our instrumentals are royalty-free and GEMA-free (a GEMA exemption is included as a download with the purchase of a user license). The purchased beat may then be used indefinitely for a one-time fixed price in all media without restriction (royalty-free) under mention of "soundspremium.com" (credits). In this way you have full cost control and know exactly what the beat actually costs you. So there are no hidden costs, because unlike other providers we don't limit the usage to sales revenue or sales units. There is also no restriction to certain media.
Important notes: Our beats should be used artistically and do not serve the isolated resale of the respective beat/riddim or instrumental. Thus the customer is not allowed to resale and/or giving away of the purchased beat as instrumental - this is reserved exclusively for soundspremium. If the instrumental is used in a project, the newly created work (project) may of course be resold without restriction. However, the isolated sale or resale of the beat remains prohibited. A project is the use of the musical work in a project (for example in a song with music video or in a film) in all media. If on the beat/riddim/instrumental bought here different artists should record and several new, individual songs are created (as it is the case in the case of a Riddim compilation or sampler), then a license must be acquired for each artist and/or group in each case. Each song is therefore a completed project in its own right.
The use of the so-called YouTube Content ID Program (the same applies to similar identification systems) is strictly prohibited. The prohibition to use the YouTube Content ID System is intended to prevent the buyer/licensee from receiving a notice of copyright infringement from YouTube from a third party who has also received a non-exclusive license to use the beat in a new song. The beat has therefore already been marked by soundspremium for content identification (Content ID) as a preventive measure to protect all parties involved. Registration of the beat with a collecting society (GEMA, SUISA, ASCAP, etc.) is also not permitted.
Premium
If you need the beat with single separated tracks(so-called trackouts), then the premium version is just right for you. If you buy the beat in the premium version, we deliver the beat as a finished mix in a WAV and mp3 file without sound logo (producer tag). On the other hand you get the beat additionally with separate trackouts (WAV single tracks in 24 bit/44.1 kHz) without sound logo. We deliver the finished mix as WAV file in 32 bit/44.1 kHz (non-mastered version for recording/voicing) without sound logo (producer tag). The mastered version is delivered as WAV file in 16 bit/44.1 kHz and as mp3 file (320 kBit/s).
In this way it is possible to adapt the mix individually to vocal or rap recordings if required. Also in the premium version we transfer the full commercial usage rights non-exclusively through our license agreement. The purchased beat may then be used indefinitely in all media (royalty-free) at a one-time fixed price for an unlimited period of time, naming "soundspremium.com" (credits). Our instrumentals are royalty-free and GEMA-free (a GEMA-exemption is included as a download with the purchase of a user license). So you have full cost control and know exactly what the beat actually costs you. In contrast to other providers, we do not limit the quantity of use to sales revenues or sales units - there is also no restriction to certain media.

If the instrumental is used in a project, the newly created work/project may of course be resold without restriction. However, the isolated sale or resale of the beat remains prohibited. All licenses are non-refundable and non-transferable and are only valid for one project of the licensee at a time. A project is the use of the musical work in a project (for example in a song with music video or in a film) in all media.
