For this MPC Expansion most of the sounds have been recorded and created on the magical healing island Mauritius. The sound designer visited the Riambel Vortex in Mauritius to find pure and energetic inspiration for these amazing sounds that are very special and rare. You can also experience several field recordings and ambience sounds in "Vortex Frequency (MPC Expansion)" that are creating this special vibe and feel to push your meditation music to the next level.

You can use this MPC Expansion for Ambient, New Age, Chillout, Meditation Music and other genres. It comes with 68 programs/keygroups. Also producers that are into Dub and Lofi will benefit from these sounds. This MPC Expansion is much more than just a further MPC sound dimension: It is an experience of a full and rich sound universe, a sound experiment in abundance, a new era and an invitation to an inner journey to yourself.

​For the sound design several synthesizers has been involved to create amazing pad sounds on a premium level. You will also find realistic sounds from melodic percussion instruments like Kalimba, Tongue Drum, Glockenspiel and Handpan. You will found more than 3 GB of sounds.

If you are using MPC 3 you can make use of the new Q-Link Macro-Feature to creative impressive sound textures and incredible sound movements. You will find keygroups in 432 Hz healing frequency tuning and in standard 440 Hz tuning. We have pitched down the fine tune of the instruments by 32 ct to give you the 432 Hz option on your MPC. It is optimized for standalone use, but can also be used in the MPC software.

"Vortex Frequency (MPC Expansion)" comes with 68 programs/keygroups per tuning (68 programs/keygroups in 432 Hz and 68 programs/keygroups in 440 Hz tuning). Here is a list of the contained programs/keygroups:

In controller mode you can use "Vortex Frequency" also for MPC Touch, MPC Renaissance and MPC Studio. Please note that QLink-Macros are only working with MPC 3. That is why you will get two versions as an instant download: One for MPC 2 and one for MPC 3. 

All sounds are royalty free and include the commercial usage rights, so you can use the included sounds in your music productions without hesitation (reselling the samples in sample packs or for the production of competing products is not allowed, but this is common practice).
